With custom vinyl cut sticker decals (also called computer cut decals, vinyl graphics, die cut vinyl, vinyl window stickers, etc.) the vinyl is cut to shape (lettering, logos or graphics) eliminating the need for printed inks or background material. Custom vinyl stickers and decals create a professional, hand painted appearance perfect for signs, windows, or high end promotion. Vinyl cut stickers and lettering are provided on pre-spaced and pre-masked sheet for easy application. Minimum Quantity:We sell wholesale and in bulk for custom vinyl cut stickers. If you just need one or two custom decals review small run resources. For sizes less than 18 square inches our minimum order is 50 vinyl stickers. For sizes less than 57 square inches the minimum is 25. And for sizes larger than 57 square inches the minimum is 12 decals.Vinyl Color Options:
Vinyl is available in white, black, red, blue, green, metallic silver, and metallic gold. Material changes are possible at no additional charge (must be in 50 unit multiples) Note: Additional colors can be screen printed before cutting. Material:2 mil. premium cast vinyl. Durable and dimensionally stable - won't shrink or crack and withstands extremely hot or cold weather, 5-7 year lifespan.Graphic Limitations:Lettering must be a minimum of 5/16" tall and stroke lines at least 1/16" thick. Simple and open type styles and basic graphics are recommended for this vinyl die cut process. Pricing is based on the total square inches (length X width) of actual graphic. All design layouts need to be reviewed for proper pricing and suitability of production method.Additional colors can be screen printed if different base color is required or when fine copy or intricate graphics warrant it. Pricing:In order to price your specific vinyl lettering or graphic we need to review your artwork. We will inform you if there are any problems or concerns with your lettering or graphics and if any simple changes would result in lower pricing.Production Time:10-15 working days from approval of design layout. |
