Preparing
Art / Designs
Screen printed products are printed at 300dpi, 65 line
using spot colors. Check any halftones, screens, or gradients at this
resolution for clarity and effect. Artwork should stay 1/8" from
the edge of the decal. Colors can bleed. We have 33
stock colors or can do a PMS or swatch match ($45).
Four color process artwork should be at least 300dpi and 100 line
for screen printing. Contact us for specifications on four-color process
printing.

information: It is important that you include a hard copy
of the artwork and any special instructions. Please send the latest
version of disk art and label each color by the exact Pantone®
number or stock color wanted. It is also helpful to include the directory
showing the file(s) on the disk.
NOTE: Following these instructions does not guarantee the art
will output. If any of the above are not possible, please mail a hardcopy
of the Camera Ready Art (film or print). Colors need to be
separated and hardcopy should be laser printed at at least 300dpi
