Happiness is the key to a fulfilled life.  Happiness relieves stress, improves sleep and creates mental well-being.  It has been proven that happy people tend to have stronger relationships and just feel better overall.  Happiness is so important that 10 years ago, the United Nations recognized it as a fundamental human need and designated March 20^th as the International Day of Happiness.
