When in the market for custom helmet decals there are a few things to keep in mind. The stickers should be durable, small and printed on a flexible material.
At Websticker we have those three criteria covered. We screen print when ever possible for 3-5 year outdoor durability. For full color jobs we can use VSP digital printing for vivid images and 2-3 year durability. A number of different materials can be used for effective custom helmet decals and custom hard hat stickers. We usually recommend a basic 4 mil white vinyl for decent flexibility and best value. More rigid polyesters should be avoided unless the sticker is very small to avoid wrinkling during application. When necessary, special clear vinyls, over laminated vinyls and super flexible, conforming options are available at higher costs. On any helmet or hard hat sticker a permanent adhesive should be used.
